In the Valley of decisions

This book is a collection of thoughts that reveal how Olajumoke Caxton-Martins, a married mother of 3, coped when she was redeployed from her Ibadan office of the Legal Department of a financial institution with branches spread across several West African Countries, to its Head Office in Lagos, two hours away from her home. She wrote this journal to document processes and occurrences which marked her adaptation to the change of environment and how she was able to maintain a work life balance and chart the best course both for her career and family.
